The journey began with the client's dream and the creative blueprint from Davista Architecture. Our initial challenge was to align these dreams with a realistic budget. Collaborating closely with the clients, we ensured their vision remained intact while staying within financial parameters. Once the budget was under control, the canvas was set for the creation of this architectural masterpiece.
Designed as a single-level haven, this home stands as a testament to modern construction techniques. Constructed using Insulated Concrete Form (ICF), the home not only exudes contemporary elegance but also boasts remarkable energy efficiency. This innovative construction material provides insulation that keeps the home cool during summer and retains warmth during the chilly winter nights in the hills.
