“This to confirm we commissioned Justin Horler from JBH Building to build our Papamoa home in 2019.
The home was completed in 2020 and is a three story beach front home build with ICF concrete, cedar and Oamaru stone.
We found Justin was very helpful with regards assessing our plans and pricing the project. He had lots of ideas re construction and finishing aspects and was also able to discuss and consider our own ideas
The building process went well for what was not a simple home. Justin and his team of builders were easy to work with, well -mannered and enjoyable to deal with.
As clients we were keen to be able to have our own input so it was helpful that Justin was open to our thoughts and to the sub -contractors that we wished to use.
Importantly pricing was transparent as was the labour content and any concerns were dealt with openly and fairly. Managing sub-contractors was done as efficiently as possible.
